COMPARE THE WHOLE COST

More than a quoted transaction rate.

Interchange-plus

Underlying card costs plus a processor markup. Compare both percentage and per-transaction charges, along with monthly fees.

Flat-rate

A quoted rate for a transaction type. Card-present, online and keyed transactions may have different rates and conditions.

Subscription

A recurring membership fee with separate transaction charges. The fit depends on volume and the complete fee schedule.

Before signing: review software subscriptions, equipment purchase or lease terms, PCI-related fees, chargebacks, contract length and early termination charges. Ask for the provider’s written terms.

Review my current statement →

A few things you may be wondering.

Can I keep parts of my current setup?

Often the first step is understanding what already works. Chris can review your current equipment and software, then confirm compatibility and any changes needed.

What will a new POS system cost?

Plan for four parts: hardware (terminals, tablets, printers or scanners), software subscriptions and add-ons, payment processing charges, and any setup, installation or training fees. Equipment may be purchased, financed or leased; compare the total commitment. Ask Chris for a written breakdown of upfront costs, recurring fees and contract terms for the proposed setup.

Does a consultation commit me to a contract?

This consultation request is an initial request for a conversation. Any merchant-account application, agreement or equipment order is handled separately after you review the options and terms.

Can you help me understand my processing statement?

Yes. Ask Chris for a free statement review to discuss current processing charges and compare available options. Any savings estimate is based on your statement and the plan selected.
